1st Level Support

BCOMM provides immediate help on the phone or via our ticket system.

2nd and 3rd Level Support

Our support team will escalate issues that cannot be solved in 1st level support. When necessary, we can contact manufacturers on your behalf to solve issues.

On site

Some problems cannot be solved remotely- onsite support becomes necessary at times. BCOMM has a lot of service partners to extend their operating range to the whole DACH region.
