How do I get the best support?

Please explain your problem or question as accurate as possible. This helps us to assist you quicker and more efficiently.

You will get an auto-generated answer with a ticket number in the subject line. Please keep this ticket number in the subject line whenever you communicate with our support on the same issue. This enables us to assign your email to the right ticket.

We ask for your understanding if you may have to wait a little while when there are a lot of concurrent request on the phone.

Our support is available from Mo-Fr 8:00 to 12:00 am and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. These times can be extended if you have an according service contract.

Remote assistance enables us to connect to your PC or MAc fast and easily. We are using the “Teamviewer” product. ( www.teamviewer.com ) – at the moment in version 13.
 
If you click one one the above links, the download of a small file starts. This takes depending of your Internet line some seconds or sometimes even some minutes. If you start the downloaded file an ID code as well as a password will show up. Please give our support team this information in order to grant access to your system.
Once the remote session is finished and the program is closed, nobody has access to your system anymore.

  • We can work on requests in chronological order and will not be interrupted by phone calls
  • With your ticket number we can find your case easily
  • If your have a question about an already solved ticked, this helps also find us your issue quickly

If you have a service contract with BCOMM, you will of course enjoy preferential treatment. The waiting time depends furthermore on the workload of our support team.

But we always give our best to support our customers as fast as possible and will always meet our SLA’s.
